Over the years, each Ryder Cup has created so many memories for golfers and fans of the game... and there’s no doubt this year’s event will do the same.

From September 26-28, 2025, the excitement and drama returns to U.S. soil at the brutally difficult Bethpage Black, located at Bethpage State Park in Farmingdale, NY. We cannot wait!

If it isn’t obvious, the aboutGOLF team absolutely loves the Ryder Cup! What’s not to love, though, right? No other event brings people together quite like the Ryder Cup.

And on that note, we’re honored to officially invite ALL aG golfers from around the globe to join the aboutGOLF 2025 Ryder Cup Challenge!

How To Participate

Steps For Accessing The Contest On Any aG Sim:

1. Login to ANY aboutGOLF Simulator by scanning the QR code with the aG Locker App. (If you don’t have it yet, you can get the aG Locker App here.)‍
2. Click the “Events” button on the home screen.
3. Select “aboutGOLF 2025 Ryder Cup Challenge.”
4. Then, click on the green “VIEW EVENTS” button.
5. From there, you’ll select the contest you’d like to join and then click on the green “PLAY / VIEW LEADERBOARD” button.
   
   • Closest To The Pin
   • Front 9 Only
   • Back 9 Only
   • All 18 Holes

Rules For Each Of The 4 Contests

1. Closest To The Pin‍
   
   • Closest to the pin on the Par 3, 17^th Hole.
   • Each player gets 5 shots.

2. Front 9 Only‍
   
   • Stroke play, lowest gross score.
   • Unlimited attempts.
     

3. Back 9 Only
   
   • Stroke play, lowest gross score.
   • Unlimited attempts.
     

4. All 18 Holes
   
   • Stroke play, lowest gross score.
   • Unlimited attempts.

Determining Winners, Tiebreakers & Winning Prize Amounts

The 4 contests are all separate from one another and each one will have its own single winner.

Tiebreakers:

• Closest To The Pin: First posted hole-in-one automatically wins.

• Stroke Play: Scorecard playoff, based on handicap hole scores.

2. From there, you can choose from the list of 4 contests:
