EVENT FORMATS
CLOSEST TO THE PIN KP
During this challenge, players receive three chances to land their shot closest to the pin. With no winds and ideal weather conditions, the real challenge is the course itself.
FLOATING GREEN KP
You’ll need to know the distance off each club in your bag to land this shot. The green may be flat, but it’s a small target floating in the middle of a large lake. You’ll have three shots to land on the green instead of in the drink.
FLOP WALL KP
In this interesting challenge, players will need to chip over a tall wall 16 yards out from the pin. The players who land closest to the pin are scored highest on the leader board.
LONGEST DRIVE LD
For many years, the adage on tour was Drive for Show, Putt for Dough, but given the potency of power in professional golf, it’s now just “Drive for Show & Dough.” The player to smash the ball furthest on the fairway wins.
THE GAUNTLET LD
This competition rewards those who can aim true by navigating their drive through a narrow gap in the aboutGOLF force fields. Those who make it through to the driving range compete for the title of longest drive.
THREAD THE NEEDLE LD
This particularly tricky feature on the driving range will stump most golfers. Do your best to hit your shot through a small rectangular window in a force field. Only those who make it through have a chance to win the title of longest drive.
CARVE IT LD
This long drive competition rewards those who can carve up the wood by hitting around a plywood obstacle made famous by trick shot specialists. Who said a slice was a bad thing?
STROKE PLAY
The point of this traditional competition format is to drop your ball in the cup with as few strokes as possible. At the end of the designated number of holes, your score will be tallied. Unlike the majority of our formats, you’ll only get one chance to play through each hole.
LONG PUTT CHALLENGE
This event will stretch your short game. Expect a tricky green with plenty of peaks and valleys. You’ll get three chances to roll the closest to the pin.
